The United for Forests initiative of the Foundation for Conservation and Sustainable Development (FCDS Peru) developed this research to provide updated information on the impact of mining activity in the Amazon regions and to improve environmental performance and territorial development in the Amazon regions involved.
With this report we also want to contribute and join efforts in the care of the forests, as well as serve as an input for the important informative task of the local, regional and national media.
