Sector Analysis and Socio-environmental Conflicts Leader
Specialized in environmental and social policies and aspects (public health, illicit economies and economic vulnerability) associated with the development of public infrastructure, with emphasis on the transportation sector in the Peruvian Amazon and public-private partnerships. He has seven years of experience in various civil society organizations and academia, and ten years of experience in the private sector. He has published academic articles and reports on public-private partnerships, the relationship between closing transportation gaps and the expansion of illicit economies, socio-environmental risks of road connectivity in the Amazon, and the sustainability of Chinese investments in the Amazon, among other topics. He currently works as a sector specialist in infrastructure and socio-environmental conflicts at FCDS Peru.
