Forestry Engineer and specialist in public policies for multi-sector environmental management. His areas of specialization are conservation, environmental impact assessment, development and evaluation of environmental impact studies and processes of citizen participation, supervision and environmental monitoring of transport and mining activities, corresponding to medium and large mining, as well as small and artisanal mining; both in Andean and Amazonian areas.
He has worked for the state sector in the Ministry of Environment, Serfor, Ministry of Transport and Communications, private companies, as well as in national universities and private non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
He studied at the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
